RBW Confidentiality Terms

RBW Pilot Access & Confidentiality Agreement

1. Purpose of Access  

You are being granted limited access to the RBW (Respect, Belonging, Wellbeing) pilot dashboards and prototype tools for the purpose of testing, learning, and providing feedback.

2. Confidential Information  

All content you view — including the dashboard design, layout, formulas, calculations, scoring logic, workflow, and underlying concepts — is confidential and proprietary.

You agree not to:

• Share or forward any dashboard links

• Copy, download, print, or reproduce any part of the dashboard

• Take screenshots or recordings

• Discuss or explain the RBW method, algorithms, or system design to any third party

3. Intellectual Property  

All intellectual property rights in the RBW Method, dashboards, prototypes, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Selah Innovation Group Pty Ltd.

4. Conditions of Access  

Access is provided solely for today’s session or authorised demonstration.

You may not use the materials for any other purpose without written permission.

5. Consent  

By checking “I Agree” and submitting the form, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms and agree to be bound by them.
